ACROSS THE COUNTRY: Some theatres are on the move, while others have set down roots. This past November the Barrington Stage Company of Sheffield, Mass., began renovations on its new downtown Pittsfield home, the Berkshire Music Hall, which is scheduled to open its doors--and to be renamed--in June. Says Barrington's artistic director Julianne Boyd, "We're moving as fast as we can to get the building ship-shape and up to code, ready to greet our friends and family in June.
