FESTIVAL TECEJ: The third edition of TECEJ represents a widening in scope for a gathering that's young in terms of both history and participants. (The French acronym translates to "Time of Cultural Outpouring for Education and Youth.") This year, for the first time, overseas visitors will participate as the culmination of an exchange between Conglese school Lycee Victor Augagneur and its sister school in Angers, France, Lycee Joachim du Bellay.
