CHICAGO: For 10 days this month, the Windy City shines a spotlight on artists with disabilities and their works. Running April 20-30, the city-wide festival "Bodies of Work: The Chicago Festival of Disability Arts and Culture" brings together a panoply of theatrical events, films, spoken word, exhibits, lectures, dance and panel discussions.
