Nancy Roche loved theatre. Whether it was a drama, comedy or musical, for her, it was a form of deep, poetic storytelling that always made her laugh or cry or just hum along with a tune. In her almost 20 years as a trustee of CENTERSTAGE in Baltimore, she learned every step of the creative process--from design meetings to first rehearsal to building the costumes and set to the jitters of opening night.
