JOSH FOX, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF BROOKLYN'S International WOW Company, is full of ideas--and big ones, too. While at times he talks with the pace of an over-caffeinated New Yorker, Fox nonetheless wields his enthusiasm wisely. "Nationalism may be as fundamental to human nature as war. It's an intensely destructive force within us," he says, following with a laundry list of conflicts and atrocities. "So, what if we did away with nations?" he muses.
