TRENTON, N.J.: In Tea for Three, Elaine Bromka transforms herself into Johnson, Nixon and Ford--not the presidents, but their wives. This paean to First Ladies, co-written with Eric H. Weinberger, examines "the personal cost of the hardest unpaid job in the world." Bromka's not the only one going it alone at Passage Theatre Company, which has revived its Solo Flights Festival after a two-year hiatus.
