Vermont OHI expands heating education lab.

Fuel Oil News, July, 2001

The Vermont Oil Heat Institute/Vermont Fuel Dealer's Assn. expansion of its heating education lab at the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center is underway, according to Chuck Harriman of Cota & Cota, coordinator of the project and instructor for the VOHI/VODA & New England Fuel Institute 160-hour Oil Heat Technician's Course held at the Hartford lab.

Two new boilers, donated by Buderus Hydronic Systems, have been installed. Additionally, two new fuel tanks have been donated by Johnson & Dix. Once the expansion is complete, officials expect there to be two to three times as many appliances installed for training purposes than were available prior to the current project.
