The Toyotomi OM-148 Oil Miser direct-vent water heater is said to eliminate hot-water runouts. It reportedly provides an endless supply of hot water on demand. The unit operates on regular home heating oil, with an 85-percent efficiency rating. Hot water supply is 3.0 gallons per minute at 90 degrees F rise.
