PriMedia has created the Oilheat Ambassadors Marketing Materials and Seminar Program. Designed to help comfort providers get the employee training and marketing communications materials they need to become "NORAsmart," the Oilheat Ambassadors Program provides what is need to defend against gas conversions and capitalize on the findings of the NORA research work done.
"When you and everyone in your company are Oilheat Ambassadors, it means you're all applying the NORA findings to what you do everyday," said Richard Rutigliano, president of PriMedia. "So delivery people know how to answer a question correctly. Technicians know to alert the office if they see a customer has a new baby.
