The NV3 lowboy furnace from Newmac is approved with the company's sealed-vent system and fires from 118,000 to 179,000 Btuh. The new heat exchange design allows easy front servicing through cleanouts located outside the interior casing. A direct-drive air conditioning-ready model uses a unique blower motor assembly, giving the entire heating range plus five tons of air-conditioning capability.
