Tachyon promoted Jeremy Guralnick from vice president to senior vice president of strategic marketing and chief scientist, responsible for operations research and overseeing quality of service for Tachyon's global broadband satellite network, and Tom McCann from director of network services to vice president of network operation, responsible for all aspects of Tachyon's European and North American network operations centers. Also, Tachyon Europe B.V. hired Gerton Lusink as European sales director of the company's European headquarters office in Amsterdam.
