DMTI Spatial responded to an urgent call for assistance from Health Canada and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry by offering several geographic tools to track SAPS. DMTI Spatial provided complimentary licenses of GeoPinpoint Suite; Forward Sortation Area data; CanMap Streetfiles; and Enhanced Points of Interest for airports, hospitals and schools. According to participating institutions, the products will play a key role in the effort to map and monitor the spread of the disease, recognize local resources and identify border-crossing points.
