Isuzu medium-duty, low cab forward trucks feature low cab forward design. The NPR's 33.5-inch wide frame easily accommodates landscaping body installations as long as 10 to 20 feet. The rivetless top frame flange adds to the ease of body mounting and promotes a long lasting installation. The 2004 NPR Diesel trucks with manual transmissions are powered by a turbocharged 4.8- liter diesel engine that delivers 142 horsepower at 2,800 rpm and 275 foot pounds torque at 1,300 rpm. Trucks equipped with automatic transmissions are rated at 175 horsepower at 2,700 rpm and 347 foot-pounds torque at 2,000rpm.
