Frank Gasperini has joined RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) as the new director of state issues, to oversee state and local regulatory and legislative issues. Gasperini has experience in sales and marketing management to environmental issues with DuPont, Gowan, Lesco and Van Waters & Rogers. He and his wife Sandy are relocating to Leesburg, Va.
