Container Graphics Corporation (CGC) debuts TAP (Technical Assistance Program). TAP is a worldwide web-based portal for technical communications with CGC. TAP makes it possible to communicate with CGC technical personnel via a personalized web site. TAP creates a channel for the exchange of digital photos, technical documents, e-mail, and training programs between a customer's team and the CGC team.
It even keeps track of this information for you. "TAP has been beta tested for more than 12 months," says President and CEO Neil Saunders. "During the development phase, we learned that TAP would make remote technical support a reality. We now see TAP as our platform for web-based communication with our customers."
