MHI employee Jerry Grabosh recently received MHI's Golden Box Award as part of the company's new incentive program, designed to further improve customer service. The program awards service personnel for outstanding service work with Mitsubishi customers. On April 23, a customer called Mitsubishi to report problems he was having with adhesive application after replacing the glue and metering rolls on the 50C single facer.
After discussing the problem with Grabosh, the customer decided to tear down the glue and metering rolls. He was given a recommended list of parts to have on hand for the repair and he requested to have Mitsubishi support in the plant.
