Menasha sells laminating division: Dunsirn buys.(Dunsirn Partners L.L.C., Menasha Packaging L.L.C.)(Brief Article)

Dunsirn Partners L.L.C., a private equity, firm based in Appleton, Wis., acquires the laminating division of Menasha Packaging L.L.C. for an undisclosed amount.
Dunsirn has hired all 70 workers employed at the division. The business, which was renamed Dura-Fibre L.L.C, manufactures laminated paperboard products used in furniture, liquid packaging, tote bins, slip sheets and roll protection. The company has a 110,000-sq-ft plant in Menasha. Sales for Dura-Fibre are expected to exceed $24 million in 2004, Dunsirn says.
