Mark/Trece ups resolution with Agfa.(:Sublima XM Screening For Flexo)

Mark/Trece Inc., a flexographic prepress company based in Joppa, Md., upgrades its capabilities by implementing Agfa's :Sublima XM screening for flexo. This lets Mark/Trece offer its customers higher resolution imaging without requiring investment in resources on the part of the converters. :Sublima technology, allows a converter to print at higher resolutions without changing to a higher lpi anilox. It extends tile tonal range, allowing improvement in extreme highlights and smooth, larger transitions in vignettes, the company says. With :Sublima, flexo printers can achieve line screens of 184, 170, 188 and 212 lpi without changing anilox rolls.
