On January 19 the assets of corrugated machinery manufacturer McKinley Machinery, Inc., Avon, Ohio, will be auctioned. Items to be auctioned off include:
* Intellectual property and any and all other patents, trademarks or copyrights;
* Inventor, consisting of raw materials and materials for use in the business;
* Machinery and equipment; and
* Computers, office furniture and equipment, together with any other physical assets owned by McKinley located on or about the premises. Not to be sold will be two traveling bridge cranes and accounts receivable and contract rights.
