Trinity Graphic installs Agfa AquaFLASH: plate system.
Official Board Markets, March, 2005
Trinity Graphic, Sarasota, Fla., installs Agfa's AquaFLASH highspeed flexographic plate system. AquaFLASH images a plate in approximately 45 minutes using a water-wash system and provides resolutions up to 175 lines per inch. Trinity Graphic produces films and plates for folding carton, tag, and label manufacturers. AquaFLASH also enables Trinity Graphic to produce high-quality embossed plates, which the company supplies to about half of its new customers.
"With the AquaFLASH plate system we are able to produce a plate in half the time it would take using a solvent-based system," says Trinity Graphic President Mark Barnard.
