AF&PA's Moore applauds energy, postal bills.(LEGISLATION)

W. Henson Moore, president and ceo of the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) and former deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy, praised Congress for its passage of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the House of Representatives for passing the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2005.
"Energy is a significant manufacturing cost for the forest products industry--sometimes as much as 22 percent," Moore says.
