Several industry associations have joined together to present "Creating and Managing a Flexible Workplace," Sept. 21 at Michigan State University (MSU). The program focuses on the latest technologies for alternative workforce assignment and scheduling, including such concepts as job sharing and rotation, flextime scheduling, phased retirements, and self-directed work teams. Sponsors include the Canadian Paperboard Packaging Association (CPPA), Foodservice & Packaging Institute (FPA), Foil Stamping and Embossing Association (FSEA), International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking (IADD), and the Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC).
