Great leaders have an awareness of their own leadership style--and that's what makes them great, says Doug Lipp, an expert on customer service, leadership and diversity. Lipp was a keynote presenter at last month's Association of Independent Corrugated Converters' (AICC) Spring Meeting in Orlando.
Great leadership is doing the ordinary in an extraordinary fashion, he adds.
