Nominations are being sought for Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International's (SEMI) second annual Akira Inoue Award for outstanding achievement in environment, health and safety (EHS) in the semiconductor industry. The award seeks to recognize those who have shown leadership in influencing the industry or innovation in the development of processes, products or materials that reduce EHS impacts.
The Akira Inoue Award will be presented Dec. 5 at SEMICON Japan.
