[Fremont, Calif.], fully complies with the SEMI E78-099B electrostatic discharge (ESO] standard. The Asyst tool complies with the standard's most stringent Level 1 ESD requirements, meaning that it has no discernible electrostatic charging mechanisms within its confines.
