The 789 ProcessMeter from Fluke Corp., Everett, WA, combines a 1000 V, 440 mA true rms DMM and loop calibrator in a single handheld tool. Building on the 787 model, improvements include a 24 V loop power supply, improved display, HART mode setting, 0%-l00% mA span check buttons, and an IR I/O serial port.
Designed to meet 1000 V ICE 1010 CAT III standards, the unit features a 20 mA DC current source/loop calibrator/simulator, frequency measurement to 20 kHz, and diode test. (888-300-1088, fluke-info@fluke.com, www.fluke.com/789).
