WEST COAST VIDEO FINALIZES LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH JVC West Coast Video Duplicating, Inc. has reached a long-term worldwide licensing agreement with JVC, making it the 11th company entitled to use the VHS logo trademark on its packaging and labels. West Coast Video represents clients such as MGM/UA Home Video, PolyGram Music Video, MCA Music Video, Sybervision and Vidmark, among others.

Under the JVC licensing program, the VHS logo trademark may legitimately be used on pre-recorded videocassettes only if they are duplicated by a custom-loading duplicator licensed by JVC or duplicated onto blank videocassettes already loaded by a JVC licensee.
