The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and musical group Negativland have apparently sorted out differences over Negativland's sampling of other artist's recordings, and whether it is okay for a replicator to manufacture such a compilation.

The differences stemmed from the music group's attempts in late July to replicate its latest CD-Audio. Negativland claims its long-time replicator, El Paso, TX-based Disctronics, refused to manufacture the album because there were obvious pieces of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album contained on the Negativland recording.
