The International Recording Media Association (IRMA) has elected its new slate of officers to lead the association. Bruce Allan, president and general manager, broadcast communications division, Harris Corporation, was elected as chairman of the board, replacing Scott Bartlett (Sony Disc Manufacturing), whose two-year term ended.
Other new officers include: Lou Vaccarelli (BMG Entertainment) chairman of the board-elect; Phil Clement (Deluxe Entertainment Services) vice president; Paul Scott (Technicolor) vice president; Lambert Dielesen (formerly of Toolex International) European vice president; Jim Fiedler (Technology Marketing Associates) treasurer; and Charles Van Horn (IRMA) president.
