Pessara Named Account Director, Panasonic Disc Services Corp.(Brief Article)

Ed Pessara has joined Panasonic Disc Services Corporation (PDSC) as account director. Pessara will direct all aspects of customer support activities for one of PDSC's major studio accounts. Pessara will report to Gary Gwizdala, general manager of sales, marketing and customer support.

Before PDSC, Pessara was account director for 13 years at Deluxe Video Services. Prior positions include director of sales and marketing for TDK, successfully introducing duplicator tape to the market; and product and advertising manager for JVC, where he was instrumental in the VHS format launch.

A former IRMA board member, Pessara has been a video industry executive for more than 30 years.
