If you haven't been to Dublin for several years, there are plentiful reasons for taking another look. Dublin is bursting with prosperity, at all social levels. The republic has been humming during the past decade with stunning economic growth. Today, more people of Irish origin return to Eire than emigrate, bringing trendy ideas from New York, Sydney or elsewhere.

Owing to the greater affluence, Dubliners dine our far more than did their parents. The result is a thriving range of sophisticated and multi-ethnic restaurants, which are much less dependent on tourist visitors.
