International Dispensing Corp. (IDC), a developer and manufacturer of dispensing solutions, has announced that International Dispensing China (ID China) has been formed as a result of an alliance between the company and Sino Link. Under the contemplated arrangement, Sino Link, a privately-held Hong Kong-based company with on-going ventures in plastics, agriculture, metal distribution, and textiles throughout China, will become IDC'S exclusive agent in China, operating under a new subsidiary died "ID China".
