As the consumption of tea increases, so does the demand for high quality end-fold overwrappers, states the company Marden Edwards. Therefore, the company is expanding their services to other areas, including the Far East, Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Americas.
When overwrapping a tea carton, a sparkling cellulose and polypropylene film is used. The Marden Edwards company utilizes this technique and believes there are several reasons an end fold wrap is necessary. Aside from heightening the appearance of the product, overwrapping provides a hermetic seal that maintains the aromas within the package, presents a smooth finish, and prevents the movement of any tea dust.
