Los Angeles-based, specialty coffee and tea retailer the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, has hired Patty DeGrazzio as director of product management. DeGrazzio will head up the various new product development processes and quality assurance programs. Previously she was with Baskin-Robbins and their parent company, Allied-Domecq, for 24 years.
She oversaw the rollout of the Baskin-Robbins espresso-based hot beverage program and helped expand the company's product lines.
