Santorini, the southern most Cycladic island in the Aegean Sea, boasts a magnificent setting, mild weather, quality accommodations, delicious food and wine, exciting entertainment and a rich history, dating back to the Bronze Age. It is geographically different from the other islands in the Cycladic group as a result of a volcanic explosion that created its dramatic landscape. On the western side of the island, little white houses cling from the cliffs, while the east coast features endless stretches of beaches.
