Effective Jan. 1, AAA will sell Visa travelers' checks, ending its 20-year association with American Express. Under an agreement with Travelex, AAA members will receive fee-free Visa travelers' checks as part of a new AAA travel money portfolio that includes AAA Visa travel money cards, AAA Visa gift cards, AM Visa credit cards and foreign currency.
AAA members also will receive a range of benefits, including a 25 percent discount on AAA's "Show Your Card and Save" program at Travelex's 664 retail locations.
