Norwegian Cruise Line Group will move the Crown Odyssey (pictured), now sailing for its Orient Lines brand, into the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) fleet next fall. The move allows NCL to redeploy its Norwegian Dream and Norwegian Sea, and add home ports in Houston, New Orleans and Baltimore. Orient Lines will again become a one-ship line, with the Marco Polo operating worldwide itineraries.
Under the new schedule, the Crown Odyssey will sail New England and Canada itineraries from Baltimore, before taking over the Norwegian Dream's scheduled South America itinerary for the winter of 2003-2004; then in May 2004 Crown Odyssey will take over the Norwegian Sea's Philadelphia and New York sailings.
