Pamela Richards, commissioner of tourism for the USVI, understandably has a lot on her plate, being responsible for the never-ending task of finding new ways to bring visitors to the three-island group. This summer she was named one of TRAVEL AGENT's Most Powerful Women in Travel, recognizing her tireless efforts to boost tourism to the destination.
