Given the popularity of cooking shows such as Emeril Live, Iron Chef and Yan Can Cook, the culinary arts are gaining more attention with the general public. Hotels are picking up on this trend, bringing guests out of the dining room and into the kitchen. Various properties have added their own cooking schools, while others feature demonstrations and classes.
