MSC Italian Cruises says it is creating new regional sales manager positions in both Orlando and Jacksonville, Fla., where it will begin making more direct field contact with agents starting in April. The line, which is launching a new ship, Lirica, in a few weeks, gleans an estimated 60 percent of its North American passengers from Florida.
