Predatory pricing suit dismissed. (Airlines).(American Airlines)(Brief Article)

A federal appeals court dismissed a lawsuit against American Airlines that alleged the airline engaged in predatory pricing on a handful of routes out of Dallas to force smaller competitors out of business. The suit was brought by the Department of Justice. A federal judge issued a summary judgment in April 2001. that essentially dismissed the suit, but the DOJ appealed.
