Testimony Targets Virginia Caseloads.(Brief Article)

On July 26, ASHA representatives testified before the Virginia Board of Education in Richmond about the impact of high caseloads for speech-language pathologists serving public school students. Virginia's current caseload cap is 68, the highest in a five-state region. The Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia requested the assistance of ASHA's State Education Action Team to help advocate for lower caseloads in Virginia.
