As you research the automatic car wash industry, you'll find that there are two basic systems when it comes to automatic car washes. The first is the friction wash and the second is the touch-free wash. There are benefits to both systems and there is a strong customer base for both. (For car wash novices, with an automatic you "order" your wash from a menu, drive into a bay/building, stay in the car, and get the wash.)
