WHAT A DIFFERENCE A FEW YEARS CAN MAKE.

Three years ago, 70 percent of the respondents in the annual State of the Coin Laundry Industry Survey reported a business increase (gross dollar volume) from the prior year. In last year's survey that figure plunged to 43.9 percent. In this year's survey, the number of respondents reporting a business increase inched up a bit. "Slowly but surely" may be the slogan for optimistic laundry owners.

This is just one of the findings from American Coin-Op's annual industry survey. The survey is a random mail poll of American Coin-Op readers (coin laundry owners) dealing with business activity as well as a number of other subjects.
