As the battle over Head Start's future continues in Congress, the administration, advocacy groups and interested parties are turning to the Internet to get public input to help frame the debate.

Seeking information on whether Head Start provides quality service to children and families, House Republicans have set up a Web site for the public to submit suggestions on improving the program.

Reps. John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Mike Castle (R-Del.) said they are particularly interested in comments on how to improve Head Start "by strengthening program accountability and closing the school readiness gap" between Head Start children and their peers.
