Procter and Gamble and Rubbermaid are conducting a cross-marketing campaign to promote their environmentally-friendly products. Procter & Gamble's Cheer and Tide laundry detergent now comes in Enviro-Pak packaging which fits nicely into Rubbermaid's new plastic Detergent Canister. The canister will be promoted with coupons found in Procter & Gamble's detergent packs, which contain about 25% recycled contents and 80% less packaging.
WOOSTER, Ohio--Rubbermaid Inc. has teamed up with Procter & Gamble to cross-promote the two companies' "environment-friendly" laundry products.
