TORRANCE, Cal.--Epson American Inc. last week disclosed the company;s new "100 percent compatible or your money back: guarantee on its entire line of PC cards.
The "Compatibility Guarantee," which Epson is touting at the industry's first unconditional promise of cash back, covers all PC cards offered in the retail channel. The goal 24 and will continue indefinitely, is to quell customers fears about buying the wrong card.
"This is in response to our research which indicated that number one issue for PC Card users and note potential users is compatibility," said Bob Porooshani, manager of Epson's technical marketing, OEM division. Epson cards are also supported by a toll-free technical assistance line.
