General Magic forms new divisions.(Brief Article)

SUNNYVALE, Cal.--General Magic Inc. disclosed it has restructured into two market-focused business divisions for its Magic Cap and Telescript platforms. General Magic develops software for personal communication devices.
The new Magic Cap division is managed by Steve Schramm, vice president and general manager, who previously was General Magic's vice president of engineering.
The Telescript division is managed by Lucia Hicks-Williams, vice president and general manager, who previously was vice president of product marketing and strategic planning. The company said it is searching for a senior vice president to oversee the two divisions.
