Sentry Group has introduced the Kodak PhotoFile Index Storage Chest, a storage chest that will protect photographs from fire. The cement-core PhotoFile is designed like Sentry's other fire-resistant chests but contains a shoe-box-sized plastic container that holds contact-sheets and negatives. The brand name 'Kodak' was licensed from Eastman Kodak. Sentry has a marketing arrangement with Eckerd Drug's photo labs to insert advertisements for the chest in their photo-finishing envelopes. Customers can buy the chest directly from Sentry fro $59.99.
