ORA Electronics has introduced a product that will enable cellular phone companies to sell their products more easily. SNAP is a device that will enable buyers to program their own phones and activate them. Retailers can sell cellular phones off the shelf, and distribution of the product will grow much wider to include mass retailer stores. Programming the phone before it leaves the manufacturer has always presented problems.
